Campground Rules & Safety
Help us keep Harrison Bluffs beautiful and safe for everyone.
General Campground Rules
- Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy per site must be respected
- All vehicles must be parked in designated areas
- Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the property
- No fireworks, firearms, or explosives
- Campers are responsible for their own trash — pack it in, pack it out
- Leave your site as clean or cleaner than you found it
- Respect other campers’ space and privacy
- No cutting or damaging trees or vegetation
Campfire Safety
- Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings
- Never leave a fire unattended
- Keep fires small and manageable
- Have water or a shovel nearby at all times
- Fully extinguish fires before leaving — drown, stir, and feel
- No burning of trash, plastics, or treated wood
- Observe all fire restrictions — check current fire danger level
- During fire bans, no fires of any kind (including camp stoves in some cases)
- Report any unattended fires to the camp host immediately
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times (6ft max)
- Clean up after your pet immediately
- Do not leave pets unattended at your campsite
- Excessive barking is subject to quiet hours rules
- Be considerate of wildlife — keep pets away from natural areas

- Dispose of waste properly
- Leave what you find
